Last updated 2026-10-12. This notice covers the PulseMotion website and early-access list, run by Robert Wang.

What we collect

• Your email address, when you request early access.
• Whether you agreed to receive product news, and when.
• Your browser language, the part of the page you signed up from, and campaign tags in the link you followed (utm parameters).
• Server logs, which may include your IP address, used to keep the service running and to stop abuse. They are rotated automatically and kept for a short time.

The demos on the home page run entirely in your browser. A brand name or colour you type there is not sent to us. We set no advertising or tracking cookies.

Why

To send you a confirmation email and your invite (needed for the service you asked for), and product news only if you opted in. We do not sell your data and we do not use it to train AI models.

Who processes it for us

• DigitalOcean (United States) — servers that run the site and store the list.
• Cloudflare — content delivery, DNS, and the bot check on the sign-up form.
• Resend — sending the confirmation and invite emails.

How long

Your entry stays on the list until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Product news emails carry an unsubscribe link; you can also write to us at any time.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion at any time by writing to privacy@pulsemotion.ai. If you are in the EU or UK you can also complain to your data protection authority.
